Disney Institute is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Each session is 1.5 content hours for CPE credit. Admission for the Giveaway Winner to attend one (1) regularly scheduled 3 1/2 Day Disney Institute Individual Enrollment Program at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida (the "IE Program").  Each such program covers one of Disney Institute's five core topics: Leadership, Management, Service, Creativity, or Loyalty.

One (1) standard room (for Giveaway Winner and up to three (3) family members or friends of the Giveaway Winner's choosing) for three (3) nights (during the IE Program) at a hotel at the Walt Disney World Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion.
