Objectives

Give participants the skills to maximize effectiveness of a shelving plan while ensuring maximum shopper impact and financial payout.

Description

Participants learn to create shelving plans that can most effectively convert a store shopper into a category buyer. Unlike simple shelf management training this seminar starts with the psychology of consumer shopping behavior and addresses all of the shelving elements that can generate sales.
