Competencies

The program is structured around nine key competency areas that collectively cover the spectrum of best practices essential to successful Shopper & Category Development. These competencies are defined in clear behavioral terms, across the three levels of proficiency: Foundation, Advanced, and Mastery.

Our rigorous curriculum and certification process is based our deep understanding of best practices, as observed through the behavioral application of the competencies for the work that matters most in delivering business results.
