This four-hour seminar is designed to enlighten audiences about the disruptive and destructive consequences that occur when an employee is the victim of domestic violence and stalking in terms of general morale, workplace safety, employee distraction and absenteeism, healthcare costs, and bottom-line profit margins.  It is also intended to offer simple, effective solutions that can be quickly implemented within a company’s structure to thwart these negative costs and maintain a thriving workplace environment.

This class is not intended to heap additional workloads or training requirements on an organization’s leadership or HR department.  The focus is, instead, on creating awareness of the problem and facilitating the implementation of policies, strategies, and procedures that can best protect the victimized employee, his or her fellow co-workers, and the assets and vitality of the company itself.
