Successful leadership within a company knows that workplace safety and business vitality go hand in hand.  Addressing the needs of a domestic violence or stalking victim must also incorporate the needs of other employees and the company at-large.  To that end, this program will focus on the following objectives:

• When a problem switches from being a “private matter” to one that concerns the company
• The possibilities for Corporate Responsibility Programs (Promotional and Institutionalized)
• When it is prudent to incorporate the criminal justice system
• Appropriate safeguards when protecting employees
• Referral services generally available within a community
• Sample policies and procedures that can be readily incorporated into their own business structure
