The Emerging Leaders Program is designed to enhance the leadership skills of professionals by focusing on clarity as the essence of leadership. Our program utilizes an introspective and experiential approach to examine the leadership capacities of individual attendees, increase their ability to develop robust leadership skills and demonstrate greater organizational understanding.

In 2009, the Sam M. Walton College of Business is celebrating 25 years of providing non-credit, educational opportunities to professionals throughout Arkansas and the world.  Since 1984 our Center has developed innovative solutions for industry leaders such as Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Tyson Foods, Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and many others.
